Welcome to the eHelp Center!

The eHelp Center is here to assist students with technical problems using the online services at WNCC. The eHelp Center is located in the Library at the Scottsbluff campus, but assistance is available by phone, chat, text, or through an ever-expanding online FAQ page.

The eHelp FAQ offers video tutorials and screenshots that answer many of the most common questions about student email, BlackBoard, and portal access. You can search the FAQ by entering your question in the box below.

Go to Blackboard's status page to see if Blackboard is experiencing issues. Look at the following under the Americas heading: “Learn - SaaS Deployment for Blackboard Learn Americas” & “Collaborate Ultra - AWS (US)”
